A reputable family oriented school at Pokuase is looking to recruit a Principal.
Role Overview:
The Principal serves as the academic and administrative leader of a school, responsible for creating and maintaining a positive learning environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff, and
fostering a culture of academic excellence. They oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, manage staff, communicate with stakeholders, and implement policies and procedures to achieve educational goals.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (Masters preferred).
? At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
? Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
? Knowledge of curriculum development, assessment practices, and educational technology.
? Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to education.
? Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.
? Ability to inspire and motivate students, staff, and stakeholders toward shared goals.
Salary – GHC 4,000 net
