Head of Human Resources Details
Our client, a five-star hotel and a member of a global hotel brand operating in Accra, Ghana is seeking an experienced and internationally exposed Head of Human Resources to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
? Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations and engagement
? Drive training and development
? Manage performance and succession planning
? Manage compensation, benefits and compliance with labour laws
Qualification Required & Experience
? A Master’s Degree in HR plus an international HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, etc)
? Minimum of 10 years experience in HR in an international hotel, with at least 5 years in leadership
? Proven international exposure anc cultural adaptability
? Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
? Proficiency in HR software and tools
? High level of integrity and confidentiality
? Strategic thinker with a proactive approach
? Strong organisational and multitasking skills
? Passion for hospitality and service excellence
