Customer Experience Manager Summary
To provide assistance and support to customers in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Direct customers to online resources
Develop a rapport with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
By helping customers understand the company’s product and services and answering questions about their reservations
Following up complicated customer calls where required
Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Admin or a relevant field
No less than 2 years of experience in the field of Admin
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be adept in the use of Internet and E-mail
