We are seeking a visionary and innovative Centre Director to lead our team at NSA Neurodiverse Centre.
The Centre Director will play a pivotal role in driving forward our mission of providing exceptional support and therapy services to individuals with neurodiverse conditions.
They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the centre’s operations, including strategic planning, program development, staff management, and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, creative, and passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with neurodiverse conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of innovative programs and services that meet the unique needs of individuals with neurodiverse conditions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and programs.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including budget management, resource allocation, facilities management, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
Lead recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives for centre staff.
Drive forward the centre’s mission and vision through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in the field of neurodiversity, education, therapy, project management, and entrepreneurship.
Champion innovation and change within the centre to adapt to the evolving needs of individuals with neurodiverse conditions.
Utilize project management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate initiatives aimed at enhancing the centre’s services and operations.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, education, psychology, social work) or Bachelor’s degree with strong experience in a relevant field.
Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a neurodiverse education or therapy setting.
Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated track record of driving innovation, project management, and entrepreneurship.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Passion for working with individuals with neurodiverse conditions and a commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity.
Knowledge of best practices in neurodiverse education, therapy, support services, project management, and entrepreneurship.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches.
