Key Responsibilities:

Review and Analysis:

Review and analyze system specifications to understand project requirements.

Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective testing strategies and test plans.

Test Execution and Reporting:

Execute test cases (both manual and automated) and analyze results.

–
Evaluate product code according to specifications.

–
Create detailed logs to document testing phases and defects.

–
Report bugs and errors to development teams promptly.

–
Post-Release Testing:

–
Conduct post-release or post-implementation testing to ensure stability.

–
Work with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

–
QA Skills:

–
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.

–
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.

–
Working knowledge of test management software.

Qualifications:

Superior analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.

Functional IT knowledge/expertise

Education and Experience:

2-3 years of demonstrable experience
