Responsibilities:
Proposal Writing: Craft competitive proposals that align with client needs.
Data Analysis: Analyze data, compile comprehensive reports, and effectively present research findings.
Questionnaire Design: Develop well-structured research questionnaires tailored to project requirements.
Research Execution: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to gather valuable insights.
Team Leadership: Train and supervise interviewers and field workers to ensure research quality.
Business Development: Actively participate in business development and marketing activities to drive growth.
Project Management: Efficiently plan and manage projects, meeting objectives and deadlines.
Innovation: Drive the initiation of new research projects and contribute to the expansion of existing ones.
Skills Required:
Market Research Expertise: Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the market research industry.
Goal-oriented: Possess a strong drive to achieve results and excel in a dynamic environment.
Integrity: Uphold a high level of discipline and integrity in all professional activities.
Business Acumen: Familiarity with best business practices in the market research industry.
IT Proficiency: Be proficient in relevant IT applications and software to facilitate research and analysis.
Other Requirements:
Efficiency: Ability to promote efficiency and contribute to business objectives and profitability.
Educational Background: While a degree may be advantageous, it is not a critical requirement.
Formal Education: Formal education in operations management, project management, strategic management, business management, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in an operations management position or a similar role is highly desirable.
