Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients via email and phone, providing immigration support, answering inquiries, and offering guidance throughout the immigration process.
Document Management: Gather, review, and organize application documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy before submission.
Quality Control: Verify the quality and accuracy of provided documents to minimize errors and enhance the success rate of immigration applications.
Client Support: Offer consistent, industry-leading support and immigration strategy from the initial consultation call through the petition filing process.
Case Monitoring: Monitor individual case pipelines to meet production targets, critical deadlines, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and insights to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and efficiency gains.
Special Projects: Collaborate with the team on special projects and assignments related to immigration services and process optimization.
Requirements:

1+ year of experience with international mobility.
2+ years of experience in customer service.
Strong analytical skills: ability to identify, scope, and resolve complex immigration issues.
Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom, or other ticketing tools is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to execute tasks swiftly, even when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in English; knowledge of another language is a plus.
