Position Overview:
As a Delivery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our delivery processes, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods, and maintaining excellent relationships with both drivers and clients. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and routes for drivers.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Communicate with drivers and clients to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and shipments.
• Work closely with warehouse and dispatch teams to optimize delivery operations.
• Bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited university.
• Prior experience in a logistics or courier role is highly valuable..
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with delivery tracking systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday to Saturday, 12 PM to 8 PM
