With monthly revenues already hitting multiple seven figures, they’re looking for a high-performance Google/YouTube Media Buyer to join the team and take things to the next level.

YOUR MISSION

To scale Google and YouTube ad campaigns that drive consistent, profitable growth. You’ll lead performance strategy across Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube (including VSLs). This isn’t a set-and-forget role -we’re looking for a media buyer who moves fast, thinks data-first, and executes relentlessly.
This is a full-time, contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns to drive scalable customer acquisition and revenue growth
Manage and expand YouTube VSL campaigns, scaling daily spend beyond $20K while maintaining performance targets
Execute and optimize mobile app user acquisition campaigns on Applovin, with a focus on scale, ROAS, and in-app conversions
Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics to identify wins, reduce inefficiencies, and guide strategic pivots
Collaborate with creative teams to give real-time feedback that sharpens messaging, visuals, and video performance
Partner with funnel builders and strategists to improve conversion paths and increase lifetime customer value
Build and maintain scalable, efficient ad account structures across platforms to support rapid testing and growth
Identify high-impact testing opportunities across copy, creative angles, hooks, landing pages, and audience segments
Proactively engage with Google and Applovin account reps to troubleshoot issues and unlock growth levers
Allocate media budgets strategically, ensuring strong return on ad spend while supporting broader acquisition goals.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience: 3+ years in media buying with a strong portfolio of Google/YouTube success stories; exposure to Applovin is a strong plus
Performance-Obsessed: Deep understanding of direct response and conversion-focused advertising
Hands-On: You don’t wait for data to come to you – you go after it and act on it fast
Strategic & Tactical: You can zoom out to plan the structure and zoom in to execute a test within hours
Creative Partner: You work hand-in-hand with video editors, copywriters, and funnel builders
Fluent in VSLs: You’ve launched high volumes of video ads and understand what makes them convert
Platform Power User: Strong experience with Conversion Tracking, YouTube targeting, and willing to learn Applovin
Resourceful: You have experience working with and escalating through Google support

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: You’ve audited all current campaigns, launched your first tests, and contributed to key wins
60 Days: You’ve hit CPA targets, scaled promising funnels, and refined performance reporting
90 Days: You’ve doubled the spend on the Google & YouTube channels
