LOAN Officer
Our client is a reputable establishment in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana currently seeking the services of a competent Loan Officer
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum HND or Degree in business administration or related field
2. Should have at least 3-4 years of experience in financial services and banking
3. Demonstrate high professionalism, excellence, and personal effectiveness in duties performed.
4. Trustworthy and honest.
5. Strong analytical and communication skills and a thorough understanding of lending regulations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Prepare appraisal reports for clients’ loan requests.
2. Communicate loan approval or denial to the client and facilitate the disbursement process.
3. Undertake field visits, prepare reports, and generate new business.
4. Interview prospective clients and guide them through the application process ensuring that all required documentation is provided by the client.
5. Ensure a healthy and quality loan portfolio.
6. Responsible for the growth of the loan portfolio
