Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects and claims from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will support our lawyers by conducting research in food production business environment, where sometimes physical strength is required. Also with the government funded internship preparing legal documents, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. This role requires effective communication with various stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.
Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project specifications and requirements.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, claims, change orders, and progress reports.
- Facilitate communication between team members and external parties to ensure smooth project execution.
