We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the market landscape and have experience with software solutions, particularly Salesforce. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products/services to potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth.
- Utilise Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress towards targets.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities for senior management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using software tools, specifically Salesforce, for managing client relationships and sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- A solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the industry.

Pay: £39,416.00-£42,607.00 per year
