Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow in the field of business analysis. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the successful implementation of solutions.

Duties

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Assist in developing process flows, workflows, and use cases.
• Conduct research to identify trends, business challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are met effectively.
• Test and validate implemented solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and updates for implemented projects.

Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a business analysis or similar role (internships or projects count!).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of business analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: £28,000.00-£36,818.00 per year
