Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and be proficient in various office software, including Google Suite and QuickBooks. This role requires excellent phone etiquette and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials.
- Support team members with various clerical duties to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and QuickBooks.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent typing skills with the ability to perform data entry efficiently.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential.

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
