Proactive minds currently recruiting a country manager for a regional building materials company to be based in Ghana, Ivory Coast, and Senegal- Africa.
The candidate shall be responsible for:
• Selecting and appointing Countries sales and support function team and sustaining operations in assigned country.
• Meeting volume of assigned countries within budget, time and policy parameters through efficient control of the Sales and Support function.
• Planning, implementing and monitoring all sales activities within assigned countries as an entrepreneurial manager.
• Sales Forecasting based on sound analysis and handling for correct production/supply planning.
• Helping the Regional Commercial Manager by sharing data and conducting regular audits of the country operations.
• Constantly seeking new opportunities to increase and extend the scope of business operations in close cooperation with the Regional Commercial Manager.
• Extensive traveling within the Country in order to get market and business insights.
The candidate needs to acquire the following:
– Resident in any of the countries: Ghana, Ivory Coast, and Senegal
– Has the value of Entrepreneur.
– Strong knowledge in Material Building or Construction industry.
– Minimum 5 Years of Sales and Marketing Experience with Multi-National Companies.
– Proven exposure to Professional Selling Approach: Market penetration, Product Segmentation, Price repositioning and Customer retention programs etc.
