Call Center Representative
A Reputable Company seeks call center representative to start immediately. Location Ahinsan, Kumasi.
Supporting the IT service desk by providing end-user support via phone calls, e-mails, self-service requests and walk-in request.
Provides detailed level answers on product applications and provides escalation and routing for complex issues and requests.
Maintains ownership of calls throughout the life cycle of the users request to include following up with end-user and escalation team
Researches customer concerns and find appropriate resolutions.
Creates and maintains case management records of daily problems and remedial actions taken.
Must possess a High School Diploma and two (2) years of experience supporting an IT service desk
Passionate about customer care
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience using a ticketing system and Help Desk Tools
Fluent in written and spoken English
Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision
An excellent communicator
Able to work in teamwork & collaborative environment.
Must be able to accept changes and come up with agile solutions
Must be abls to type 40 words per minute
Exposure to Customer Care or Call Center experience is a plus
Must be willing to work 8AM – 5PM

One year contract with possible extension
