Call Center Agent Key Responsibilities:
Efficient Call Management: Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls within our operations.
Client Needs Assessment: Identify and understand the needs of clients, providing effective solutions.
Lead Conversion: Answer inbound calls and skillfully convert them into potential leads, subsequently facilitating the booking of towing jobs.
Working Conditions:
Location: Remote
Shift Schedule: Shift-based role within a 24/7 Call Center environment.
Time Zone: Pacific Time Zone

Requirements:
Call Center Agent Skills and Qualifications:
Calm and Professional Demeanor: Ability to maintain composure and professionalism, even in high-pressure situations.
Proficient in English: Strong command of the English language, encompassing grammar, verbal communication, and conversational skills.
Google Maps Proficiency: Familiarity with the effective use of Google Maps for location tracking and route planning.
Fast Typing Skills: Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately.
Technical & Physical Requirements:
Internet Connection: High-speed and stable internet connection.
Equipment: Modern laptop/desktop equipped with a functional headset and microphone (Minimum: Intel Core i5, 10th generation processor, and 12GB RAM).
