AfricaWorks Success Manager

Haussmann is a leading pan African commercial Design & Build Company with offices in 8 countries in Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Mauritius, South Africa, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Ghana) and operational capacities in 10+ countries.

We design and fit out offices for our clients like L’Oreal, Uber, Mitsubishi, Total, Nokia etc. across the continent.

In 2019, Haussmann launched its coworking solution (AfricaWorks) in Abidjan & in Cape Town providing trendy flexible offices to multinationals and local SMEs. As part of its plan to open 50 AfricaWorks across the continent in the next 5 years, the Company is looking to hire a Success Manger in Accra to successfully launch & manage our 1st AfricaWorks in Ghana!

ROLE DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pre-launch Phase
    Lead the pre launch phase by drafting & implementing the local go-to-market strategy:

    1. Marketing, Communications & Events (with Marketing department):
      1. Leading the marketing effort – both offline & online
      2. Creating the buzz & hype in town
      3. Organizing events to promote product awareness & brand visibility
    2. General Management:
      1. Recruiting & training of the local team
      2. Putting in place the procedure
      3. Putting in place the systems
      4. Managing the space budget
  • Launch + Maturity
    1. Sales:
      1. Leading the soft & hard launch
      2. Managing the Space tours
      3. Sending the proposal
      4. Managing database of leads
    2. Operations:
      1. Ensuring the Process & Systems run smoothly
      2. Creating strong links with the Customers
      3. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
      4. Managing the MICEs
      5. Managing the Team
      6. Building & Animating the community
      7. Reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Self Driven & pro-active,
  2. Autonomous and reliable
  3. Detailed oriented & rigorous
  4. Excellent Oral & Written skills
  5. Agile & Bold
  6. Go getter
  7. Superb sales capacities & track record
  8. Previous experience in a start – up / fast growing company is a plus
  9. Strong international exposure-both in mature markets and in Africa
  10. Strong appetite for Marketing
  11. Previous experience / background in Hospitality management is a strong plus
