Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing engagements, providing exceptional high-level leadership to the team and providing business and industry thought leadership. The role details include:

Lead and manage teams to conduct a variety of forensic investigations for clients in industries such as government, law enforcement, corporate, financial services, and legal sectors. This includes investigations related to fraud, accounting, employee misconduct, regulatory enforcement, integrity due diligence, and anti-bribery and corruption.
Provide guidance and supervision to team members, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project timelines.
Offer strategic direction to enhance the client experience and anticipate challenges.
Serve as a technical expert to improve solutions and support team members in evidence collection and forensic analysis.
Develop recommendations for clients and oversee budget management and reporting.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Foster strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Assist in creating market demand for forensic services and contribute to the development of new service offerings.
Assist Partner/Director in public speaking engagements.
Support the team in building expertise and capacity.
Adhere to ethical standards and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Law, or related disciplines with a minimum of second-class upper degree.
Professional certification in at least one of the following: ACCA, CA, CFE or ACAMS will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an advisory firm (Big 4, mid-tier, or general consultancy) specialising in forensic, investigations, or a related field.
Person-Specifications

Demonstrated technical expertise in managing complex investigations projects.
Experience in project management, including supervising teams on fraud investigations and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Knowledge of key concepts such as evidence preservation, data privacy, legal privilege, investigative interviewing techniques, and business intelligence.
Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining client confidentiality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an objective and practical approach.
Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks across multiple projects.
Adaptability to changing environments and situations.
Persistence and determination to see projects through to completion.
Excellent interpersonal skills for client management and working with others.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Additional languages will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, business writing, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel internationally at short notice for client engagements.
