Organizational Development Specialist Summary

To promote organizational development (OD) by identifying and addressing organizational development needs, through strategic learning and development initiatives aimed at systemic improvement and capability building, thereby enhancing overall effectiveness and performance to achieve better alignment with organizational goals.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Organizational Development (OD) Initiatives
Conduct assessments to identify OD needs, and opportunities for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead the design and implementation of strategic learning and development programs, and other OD initiatives that address organizational competences, leadership development, and facilitate process optimization.
Work closely with HR and other departments in evaluation and communication of effectiveness of OD initiatives for continuous improvement.
Change Management
Manage and facilitate change across the organization, ensuring that learning and development (L&D) initiatives support transitional dynamics and strategic objectives.
Develop communication strategies to engage stakeholders and ensure buy-in for various programs.
Organizational performance and organizational development
Participate in organizational performance development and coordination.
Company Culture Promotion
Act as an ambassador of company culture and values, and effectively promote company culture.
Perform any other related duties based on the exigencies of the Company as assigned by the manager.
Skills Required
Minimum qualification (s)
Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Sustainable Development or related fields.
Experience (Minimum)
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Organizational Development, Corporate Management, Human Resources (with focus on OD or L&D) or a similar position in the mining, manufacturing, technology industry or similar environment.
Experience in Learning and Development, Systemic Training Management or related domains.
Proven record of successful Organizational Development or Learning and Development programs.
Knowledge (In-depth)
Understand Organizational Development or Learning and Development, and familiar with good practices.
Strong knowledge of training management.
Knowledge of change management and effective coaching.
Knowledge of organizational culture or organizational.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
Excellent presentation skills, both in written (including visualization) and oral.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving, analytical/critical thinking and strong numerical skills, detail orientation and confidentiality management.
