Supervisory Manager, Health Connect Agents Summary

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Supervisory Managers to lead and support our team of Health Connect Agents. The Supervisory Managers will oversee the day-to-day operations of the agents, ensuring efficient service delivery, adherence to company protocols, and the achievement of health impact goals. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep commitment to community health, and the ability to foster a supportive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Oversight:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Health Connect Agents to ensure high performance and motivation.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and share updates.
Provide continuous training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of agents.
Assist in setting performance targets and goals for Health Connect Agents.
Lead the agents to meet and exceed performance targets and health impact goals.
Operational Management:
Coordinate and manage the schedules and routes of Health Connect Agents to ensure efficient coverage of designated locations.
Monitor the performance of agents in capturing vitals, delivering medicines, and educating customers.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer interactions and health data using the KnoxxiHealth app.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Conduct regular site visits to observe agents in the field, providing feedback and support as needed.
Address and resolve any issues related to service delivery, customer interactions, or agent performance.
Community Engagement:
Foster strong relationships with community leaders, marketplace managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Represent Knoxxi Limited in community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities.
Promote health equity and advocate for improved healthcare access within underserved populations.
Reporting and Analytics:
Compile and analyze performance data to identify trends, measure impact, and inform strategic decisions.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on the progress and outcomes of health initiatives.
Utilize feedback and data to continuously improve service delivery and community health outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
HND holders with significant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within healthcare, community outreach, or customer service.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various communities.
Proficiency in using mobile devices and digital applications for data collection and reporting.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing environments.
