Your Role and Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in supporting F5 load balancers with Big-IP LTM & ASM
Perform daily operational tasks submitted by customers
Install, configure, and maintain network device hardware and software
Prepare network or infrastructure Visio topology diagrams, write Standard Operating Procedures, maintenance plans and provide status reports as required, participate in data calls and other operational and maintenance tasks
Troubleshoot network problems, network device configurations and coordinate with various department administrators to facilitate connectivity issue resolution
Ensure SLAs & Operational KPI are met
Work as necessary with internal and external support functions where major incidents occur.
Attending and contributing to team and project meetings
Contributing to the improvement or standard procedures and documentation
Monitoring of Network & Security Device ticket queues, Network & Security device performance, Network & Security equipment integration with systems

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant program – additional Certifications a plus.
Minimum 5 years of CISCO Network Devices, Force Point, F5 & Palo Alto experience.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) . Additional certification in Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) shall be an added advantage
Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer will be an added advantage
Must possess in-depth knowledge of Cisco, Forcepoint, F5 & Palo Alto configuration and strong troubleshooting skills.
Strong analytical skills– the ability to assist in resolving various systems issues for multiple integrated locations and systems.
