Sales Executive Scope
The Sales Executive will support the shop retail sales and online stores, build a loyal customer base through constant contact with
customers, manage the store’s social media accounts and email correspondence.
Sales Executive Key Responsibilities
Provide Operational support for promotions, pop-ups, exhibitions and other events
Support all shop operations, processing online and in-shop orders and maintaining the customer base
Ensure accurate packaging, labelling, sorting and organisation of products in the store
Provide excellent point-of-sale experience
Maintain and keep accurate inventories & stock counts
Build in-depth product and service knowledge to provide informative & helpful assistance to customers.
Provide exceptional customer experience in reaching out to customers, responding to inquiries on emails and providing personalized assistance.
Inspect customer’s individual or business purchase/order needs
?Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Shop Manager
Sales Executive Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration / Communications / Marketing or in a related subject.
Minimum of 2 years work experience in sales and marketing or related fields.
Must be tech-savvy
Must be familiar with sales/administrative duties
Must have strong presentation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical ability and good interpersonal relationship skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
