Role Summary: The sales executive shall be responsible for bothinside sales which requires cold calls to sell to advertising spaces and airtime, as well as outside sales which involves meeting one-on-one with prospects to make sales pitches.
Sells airtime and ad space on DTV broadcasts and Dominion TV App respectively
Promotes Dominion TV as the platform of choice for advertisers seeking to reach wide variety of audiences both locally and internationally.
Actively build a customer base by setting up meetings with potential clients, assessing their needs, and presenting proposals to them.
Maintain accurate sales records and analyze client sales data toprepare reports for marketing team.
Respond to inbound customer requests via phone and online.
Interact with relevant departments to carry out client requirements such as scheduling of advertisements
Attend events, trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
Review sales performance on a regular basis.
Develop long-term relationships for long-term growth.
Proven working experience in sales
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, confident, focused and an engaging personality
Basic computer and administrative skills
Minimum HND/Degree certificate with 1-2 years experience
Experience in Television Network Industry would be an advantage.
