A reputable organisation is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant and for managing the employees.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing and presenting staffing and sales reports
Handling administration and paperwork
Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation and guidelines
Overseeing stock levels
Control cost and minimise waste
Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
Any other duties as assigned by CEO
Qualification Required & Experience
Minimum of First degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or related field
Previous restaurant experience required
Experience with long shifts
Ability to operate POS (point of sale) systems, back office systems and restaurant operating systems
