The Ghana Philanthropy Forum has received a Grant from the STAR-Ghana Foundation to engage National Philanthropy Impact Dashboard Consultant in Ghana
National Philanthropy Impact Dashboard Consultant Details
We are as a result seeking a developer to develop a dashboard for use by players in the nonprofit sector.
The consultant will be working with our candid and collaborative team, where your knowledge and advice about
application architecture and the newest mobile technologies will be highly appreciated.
The code you write will need to be cleanly organized and of the highest quality.
You’ll also help ensure solid performance and an excellent user experience.
Modules (minimum expected) to be present on the dashboard
NPO Profile Module:
This profile will capture the basic information on NPOs
Project Tracker Module:
This module will also capture funding information per project. Fundraising campaigns, etc.
Impact Tracker Module:
This will track the impact of entity’s projects in the sector
The Funding Module
This will provide a unified funding space for the sector.
Tools & Resource Module
This module will display resources such as best practices, sector research reports, etc.
Required Skills or Experience
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
Produce fully functional Dashboard
Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
Design interfaces to improve user experience
Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
Up up-to-date technology trends
Proven work experience as a Dashboard developer
Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or the Android market
In-depth knowledge of at least two programming languages
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Familiarity with OOP design principles
Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
Ability to perform in a team environment
