Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Full Time Greater Accra Docutech Ghana

QUALIFICATION/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of First Degree in Business Administration or related field
At least seven (7) years working experience with Five (5) years in a similar position
Has experience in Office Management, Human Resource and General office practice and procedures
Ability to Multi-task is very essential
Strong analytical / presentation skills
Must possess people management skills
Must have good command over the English language both written and spoken
Responsible and has the ability to make good judgement and take quick decisions when required
Should be able to work without supervision

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assists the MD in the day-to-day management of the Company
Be the point of contact between the MD and internal/external clients
Ensure workflow in MD’s office is properly managed
Manage diary /appointment
Perform Admin/HR duties including recruitment & selection, travel arrangements, residence permit for expatriate workers etc.
Write Reports
Supervise work of other Admin Staff
