Job Specifications for new role: Fulfilment Officer
We are a growing SME looking for a focused hard-working, trust-worthy and organised individual, to join our friendly team within a growing Ghanaian cosmetics brand.
The candidate must always exhibit a high level of professionalism, flexibility and have a
problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
We are also looking for a team-player who can oversee and improve business operations,
and ultimately will commit to the intensity needed to successfully scale an SME business
according to core KPIs.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Accurately organising and packing client orders
– Co-ordinating efficient client deliveries with our logistic partners
– Communicate delivery updates internally with team
– Create and cross check fulfilment reports and verify monetary transactions
– Stock Management and warehouse management
Ideal Characteristics of Candidate:
– High level Professionalism & extremely Organised
– High level Attention to Detail
– Ability to follow operational systems accurately
– MUST to able to efficiency communicate via a smartphone: Email, WhatsApp etc
– MUST have had 2 year minimum professional work experience dealing with clients
