An American multinational company located in Airport residential Area, Accra, is seeking to train serious, determined and business-oriented Ghanaians and also assist them to set up their own business in order to promote entrepreneurship and also increase the number of Ghanaian owned business in this country.
Applicants will be equipped with information on the dynamics of operating and managing business that operates online(70%) and offline.
You will also undergo training on how to:
Answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems and provide general information.
You will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in the products we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing their purchases online and over the phone.
You will also inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
Minimum WASSCE and above(Diploma, HND, Bachelors degree etc)
Good interpersonal relationship skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Ability to determine customer needs, service solutions and support.
Basic knowledge in I.C.T
Good communication skills.
An experience in sales/marketing/online retailing will be an added advantage.
Irrespective of your academic credentials or work experience, you will undergo training to help you acquire the above competences and even more.
