Main Purpose of Position:
To operate as the internal point of contact between SPLA and CSP programs and all internal teams involved in the associated process in supporting brand activities. Assist in building and maintaining strong and long- lasting relationships with partners. Internal Partner Account Management, including program registrations, queries and quotes and transitions between programs. Assist Microsoft Sales Specialists with required tasks and activities.
Manage the Operations and Internal Sales of the Brand Program (SPLA) for relevant product set and relevant partner base (focus list): Microsoft SPLA and conversions to Microsoft CSP :
Gather and update information on SPLA partners and profiling.
Contact partners to understand requirements, assist with quotes, queries, or any
reporting support required.
SAM verifications for compliance
Driving revenue targets through targeted set of relevant brand partners, resellers
Provide ongoing information and updates on products and services
Supporting operations in ensuring the correct product and associated pricing is
Supporting operations with agreement renewals, report submissions and the
management of non-reporting partners
Display key competencies of knowledge in relevant brand programs and
competencies associated to the job role (SAM certification).
Build and manage effective relationships with relevant brand team members
Partner Retention Management
Demonstrate sales growth in-line with targets by converting SaaS to CSP
Ensure targeted profit margins are achieved
Request and evaluation quotes for submission
Follow up on quotes
Follow up on operations responses
Manage SLA with brand operations
Managing monthly reporting submissions
Identify opportunities for SPLA to CSP conversions
Min 3- 5 years experience in Microsoft programs is required
Operational experience in SPLA
Min 3- 5 years sales experience in the IT Industry is preferred
Good Knowledge of Microsoft SPLA and Cloud Solutions
First degree with added related certifications
