Merchandiser (Marketing) Job Description
Galaxy 6 Services is seeking to recruit a Merchandiser
Job Description:
Display relevant products which meet the needs of shoppers who shop in that store
merchandised in the right way (planogram) & in the right location (hotspots)
Use the right tools (POS equipment / promotions) to ensure our products stand out vs. competition & improve purchase opportunities.
Responsible for communicating important information to accounts
Ensuring that damaged/expired products are retrieved or replaced
Check for Competitor Activity and report to Lead Merchandiser
Effective distribution and placement of POS and branding materials
Managing promotions in assigned account and other assigned responsibilities
ensuring all merchandising targets are met
Qualification Required & Experience
Minimum of WASSCE/SSCE/Commercial Diploma
one-year minimum experience in a FMCG environment is a plus.
