The IT Support Officer will ensure end users logged ticket to ITSD (Helpdesk)Incident and Request Support for end Users
Maintenance and Servicing of Laptop and Desktop Computers
Responsible for providing support to end-users by installing software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolves software related problems.
Lotus Notes applications support (replication, database links, archiving), and printer/peripheral connectivity issues.
Support problems such as PCs remotely, network connectivity, and internet connectivity.
Microsoft exchange (outlook mail) support Responsible for troubleshooting following standard operating procedures and work with emails and phone calls on a priority basis.
