The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) needs your expertise to improve after-care services for investors. GIPC is a Government agency, responsible under the GIPC Act, 2013 (Act 865): to encourage and promote investments in Ghana, to provide for the creation of an attractive incentive framework and a transparent, predictable and facilitating environment for investments in Ghana.
Your tasks will involve:
Improvement in the customer relations management system for investor after care
Creation of an aftercare manual
Train and mentor staff in aftercare service, with training schedule
Masters degree in economics, policy, development or related areas
An extensive experience of senior-level over many years working on private sector development and investment promotion in emerging markets as well as in investment promotion aftercare program management proven knowledge of international best practice in aftercare strategy development
Proven experience offering advisory services and long-term support to international investors of various branches and use of Customer Relations Management (CRM) System to facilitate aftercare services
Proven ability to mentor, coach and build capacity of colleagues against the background of complexity associated with African Business environment
Fluent in spoken and written English, ideally German
In addition you have the citizenship of an EU member state for reasons to meet the criteria of the Integrated Experts Program, UK passport holders are eligible to apply
