Job Description Summary
As an Independent Sector Account Manager, you will build key relationships with a range of clients within the Private sector and be involved in selling complex technical products and/or services. The successful candidate is expected to cover the entire UK and have the competence, and desire, to progress to a more senior role in the coming years. This role will act as a key supporter to the Independent Sales Director in taking the UK&I business forward.

Essential Responsibilities:
In this position you will own the customer relationship at a corporate account level and will coordinate the sales and technical team in support of the sale of the companys products. You will be called on as to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions, and close complex technical sales.
Producing a Strategic Account Plans per client to maximize opportunities and revenue
Compiling lists of prospective customers and sales leads. Follow up as necessary
Making cold calls to potential customers where required
Working with sales leaders to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities
Providing direction to sales team members on corporate account strategy
Providing pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities
Forecasting orders and sales of assigned territory and submit monthly report
Estimating date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the company’s production and
delivery schedules
Representing the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company
Qualifications/Requirements:
Significant experience of selling in a Medical, Healthcare, Technical field or Life Sciences field
MRI or CT technical knowledge is desirable
Strong communication and negotiating skills.
A high level of Interpersonal skills
Direct experience selling to CXO levels as well as technical decision makers
Great team working skills including the ability to harness resources to achieve goal
Solid Knowledge of marketplace and appreciation of commercial business environment
Excellent Presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills
Able to travel extensively to meet clients
Bachelors Degree or equivalent knowledge
Valid motor vehicle license
