The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Recruit and Onboard new hires. Conduct performance management and provide feedback. Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
A member of a recognized professional body IS Preferred.
Minimum of five years working experience with at least 2 years in a management position.
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Considerable knowledge of Labour Laws and regulations
In-depth knowledge of Strategic and Human Resources Management.
Considerable knowledge of the HR Management System: Human Resources Planning, Career and Succession Planning, Performance Management System, Compensation and Benefits, Industrial Relations, etc.
Considerable knowledge of Management Development Practices.
Good negotiation and conflict management skills.
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgment.
