The HSEQ Officer at JIK Management Consultancy Services will monitor HSE induction operational activities, conduct inspections, incident and investigation, site reports.
HSEQ Officer Duties
Assist in implementation and continual improvement on ISO 45001& ICC standards
Prepare HSE weekly and monthly reports
Prepare Covid 19 daily report
Assist in conducting HSE presentations and training to employees of clients
Assist in supervising and record-keeping on areas of HSE audits, reports, certification, permits etc.
Assist in evaluation and selection of subcontractors on basis of HSE performance
Assist in supervising the maintenance of company HSE statistics, analyze trends and purpose and take remedial action where necessary
Attend OHS meetings with clients as and when necessary (monthly)
Responsible for policy decision and strategic direction that the organization undertake in terms of HSE
Assist in communicate all appropriate information to stakeholders, internal and external
Assist in the development of risk assessment and work method statements for projects and investigation of
Assist project and operations department in their dealings with the client in all issues on HSE at work
Assist in supervising and implementing ISO 45001 OHS Management systems to ensure Client Company is certified.
Visit the site and prepare a site visit report
Training client employees in occupational health and safety policy and other training
