Hospitality Manager Highlights
The Hospitality Manager at P. M. Renaissance will primarily be responsible for increasing patronage of the facilities.
The hospitality Manager will also contribute to building & maintaining relationships with guests and influencers.
Hospitality Manager Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the facilities.
Respond to client queries and requests and ensure security & emergency procedures are always in place.
Report any maintenance work required to the appropriate department promptly.
Perform general accounting and budgeting tasks when required.
Supervise employee performance and assign tasks.
Coordinate with private chefs and nearby restaurants for all orders.
Work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop online content and campaigns.
Conduct and document regular facility inspections and update inventory.
?Undertake any other tasks assigned by management
Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Minimum of five (5) years experience in the same or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of standard hospitality or facility management practices and procedures is preferred.
Good leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent networking, interpersonal relation, and communication (verbal & written) skills.
Excellent customer service and sales experience.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize and work alone with little or no supervision
Strong proficiency in Office Suite
Results Oriented, Influencer, Strong organizational skills, Confident Communicator.
