An international trade and investment facilitation is currently looking to employ an experienced and self-motivated individual as the General Manger of its Travel and Tour subsidiary company.
The?Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the company, as well as development and promotion of its travel products to meet sales targets.??

Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaising with airlines, DMCs, hotels, and tour operators to deliver an unparalleled travel experience to our clients.
Overseeing daily business operations.
Act as the principal sales agent, selling all travel products, including flights, hotels, tour packages, education abroad, car hire and others.
Identifying growth opportunities and developing new products to meet market needs.
Developing and implementing growth strategies to improve revenue.
Formulates and executes marketing policies to grow clientele base.
Oversees the recruitment, selection, and training of staff.
Analyzing monthly financial data to evaluate performance.
Preparing weekly sales and monthly progress reports to the Executive Director
Following global travel trends and drawing any important new information to the attention of the staff
Holding regular meetings to motivate the team to meet their sales targets.
Experience and Qualification?
First degree in?tourism, business management or marketing is desirable.
At least 10 years experience in a travel and tour agency with increasing levels of responsibility.
Excellent record in selling airline tickets and travel packages.
Organizational and planning skills

Financial management skills
International travel experience
A second language is an asset.
