The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to a team of people

Develop strategies for the ever-changing E-Commerce landscape and stay up-to-date on latest trends
Develop strategic plans in all the business divisions and oversee their implementation through efficiently designed action plans
Work with the directors to determine the features and the format of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers

Leverage data and best practices to define Quarterly roadmap items that directly result in hitting our company goals tied sales and revenue through customers’ satisfaction.
Work with the development team to define and lead the implementation of website changes in support of your goals and take proactive steps to constantly checking in on if each team’s processes are paving the way for other departments to succeed.
Implement new checkout experiences; including new payment options, shipping options and methods, reducing complex and burdensome processes in order to increase conversions and revenue.
Oversee visual merchandising and website copy writing to improve customer conversion, sales and customers retention
Enhance demand planning processes and systems to drive greater quality in bias & accuracy
Achieve a dynamic inventory management in collaboration with our stakeholders & implement a proper purchasing methods to increase responsiveness and availability.
Enable timely and effective launch of new products
Implement Customer Data Integration and data analytics to drive forecasting and decision-making
Enable Sales & Operations Planning through structured demand and reconciliation reviews
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
Demonstrated ability to lead
Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Business Administration, Supply Chain Management and E-commerce related degree preferred
5+ years as a driver and facilitator in growing an E-Commerce business
5+ years in digital marketing with focus on customers and lead acquisition across the retails verticals.
Proven experience working in B2B and B2C e-Commerce platforms and Web marketing
Strong business acumen as demonstrated by a history of building programs to capture, convert and retain customers
Experience with a subscription-based business model preferred
Proven experience growing revenue in an E-Commerce environment
Data oriented leader comfortable in identifying opportunities and developing financial justification for increased investment
Growth marketer who understands opportunities to build in customer loops to efficiently grow the customer base
Skillful and able to leverage Google Analytics to inform decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment
Proven ability to identify, analyze and objectively implement steps for an effective problem solving process.
Build rapport with various stakeholders within the company
Direct management experience with teams of 10 or more
Knowledge of digital and E-Commerce tools
Excellent communicator with outstanding oral and written skills
Project Management and performance improvement qualifications desired
Knowledge of the levers available to deliver supply chain savings across plan, source, make & deliver verticals
Position Related Skills

Data Analytics with experience in utilizing the inputs to improve business performance
Content marketer with business acumen
Strategic thinking and detailed planning
Proven experience in SEO with demonstrated history in increasing in a quantitative and qualitative way the website traffic.
Understanding of current ecommerce trends and best practices
Strong background in e-commerce, marketing in general and digital marketing in particular
Ability to determine current and future e-commerce trends and building digital and specific programs through planning and forecasting activities.
