General Administrator Summary
As the General Administrator of Ghana Nigeria Business Council, you will report to senior management.

General Administrator’s responsibilities include:
Execute activities and work required according to GNBC organisation schedule within timeframes and budget communicated
Act as liaison between GNBC and Members, Partners and Board of Directors
Responsible for all clerical and administrative tasks that need to be completed
on a day-to-day basis.
Responsible for scheduling appointments and meetings
Printing documents and materials as required
Embarking on a membership drive for organisation
Creating and managing weekly budgets for organised activities
Providing weekly status reports
Attending board meetings, creating agendas and sharing minutes within 24
Providing the board with updates on key activities
Being the main point of contact for all external persons
Researching content to share on social media and to members
Publishing a weekly newsletter
