We are looking for a dedicated engagement officer to promote and market companys Personal Protective Equipment, Provide training and products for health workers and medical supplies to hospitals, Pharmacies and health care professionals.
Contractual agreement: Fixed term appointment
Contract Duration: 6 Months (duration is subject to availability of funds, satisfactory performance and continuing need for the position).
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
Erith Health services is a company that promotes workplace safety among health workers, provides training and products for health workers and the best care for patients. This project seeks to increase access to personal protective equipment and a full line of medical supplies, with other complimentary products across the length and breadth of the Country and in the Sub-Saharan Africa.
Directly facilitate institutional/customer/potential customer engagement: pharmacies, hospitals, diagnostic centers etc.
Preparing presentation and demonstrating products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacist.
Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat process
Identify potential customer and create initiatives to acquire them
Identify procurement processes and how to get institutions to place orders
Determine key institutional contact person
Receive customers’ orders and forward to distribution team
Know the quality, efficacy and effectiveness of all PPEs products and recommend them strongly to clients
Make recommendations on how to improve customer experience based on customer feedback
Report on quotations given, orders placed, revenue generated
Undertaking relevant research
Report on best and worst performing products
Train and share up to date information on Covid-19 protocols
Follow up on lead generated by the company
