Customer Support Representative

In this Customer Support Representative  position, you will be available via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with those parts of Hubtel’s services and features that require a human touch.

Your primary place of work will be at our offices at Kokomlemle, Accra, Ghana, as an on-site position with Work-From-Home possibilities.

Your key responsibilities

Apply common-sense and some minimal internal operational processes to assist customers as necessary
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
Remain available online to assist customers as n
Before you apply, make sure you qualify as follows:

You must be savvy with Hubtel’s services and features. Being a customer is a strong advantage.
You must be a good and patient listener with a knack for low-level multi-tasking
You must be at least fairly savvy with laptop and smartphone applications
You must have excellent communication skills with great love to chat online from both mobile and PC.
You must be able to present and breakdown technical information for ordinary understanding
You must be self-driven enough to close out tasks with little to no supervision
You must be able to work from home with reliable internet connectivity and stable electricity supply in a quiet environment.
You must own a functional personal laptop capable of meeting the demands of the work.
Being a female with current or previous work experience in a similar position is an advantage.
Qualifications:

Tertiary certificate, or Degree in any related field;
1+ years’ experience working in a similar role
Have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
