We are hiring a Customer Service Team Lead to supervise Customer Service Agents for Online betting, and to assist the Operations Manager by directing and overseeing team members, resolving customer questions or complaints, and developing programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance.
i. Provide direct customer support
ii. Review and resolve escalations
iii. Train new hires and evaluate the performance of team members
iv. To sell the companys product and to educate customers on new offers
v. Handling customer support services by phone, live chats and other social media handles
vi. Monitors, maintains and respond to resolve player issues
vii. Escalates player ticket issues to the appropriate supervisor
viii. Provides timely feedback to the Supervisor on service issues, player concerns etc.
i. A first degree in any discipline
ii. Must have three (3) years or more experience in the online sports betting industry (a previous role in a similar position will be preferred)
iii. Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
i. Customer focused
iii. Team player
iv. Communication Proficiency (oral and written)
v. Understanding of social media
vi. Problem solving and analytical skills
vii. Conflict resolution skills
viii. Must be a good multi-tasker- have the ability to work in multiple applications and still be able to supervise and assist the team.
