We seek the services of four (4) Customer service Representatives for immediate employment. Applications and Cvs are requested from qualified candidates to fill these spots.

i. To assist players of online sport betting
ii. To sell the companys product and to educate customers of new offers
iii. Handling customer support services by phone, live chats and other social media handles
iv. Monitors, maintains and respond to resolve player issues
v. Escalates player ticket issues to the appropriate supervisor
vi. Provides timely feedback to the Supervisor on service issues, player concerns etc.
i. A first degree in any discipline
ii. A minimum of two (2) years experience in the online sports betting industry
iii. Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
i. Customer focused
iii. Team player
iv. Communication Proficiency (oral and written)
v. Understanding of social media
vi. Problem solving and analytical skills
