We are looking for a Commercial Intern who will support the Sales Account Manager with the day-to-day activities of assigned project with a key focus on data processing, document storage and data analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The individual will join the [Sales Team] reporting to the Sales Account Manager to actively manage the day to day activities of assigned project.
The Sales Intern will be involved in a diverse range of administrative and analytical activities to:
o document critical project data,
o identify data gaps,
o record key contractual terms,
o process contractual data into a centralise database,
o store relevant documents into organised files,
o track project progress and report on key project KPIs/milestones
The Sales Intern will support with any other business relating to the Commercial Department.
He/She will adhere to all HT policies.
The individual will also;
o work to achieve operational targets with significant impact on departmental results.
o Set up and manage adhoc meetings for day to day operational requirements as and when required
o Resolve escalations as per defined escalation/resolution procedures
o Design and implement operational changes and provide associated user impact assessment
o Improve productivity and quality through leading practice initiatives
o Provide inputs to the line manager (as required) relating to progress made within the department and in accordance with the measurement metrics set by the organisation
Job Specifications/Minimum & Preferred Requirements ;
Individual must be a recent graduate from a reputable university.
At least 6 months corporate intern experience in a registered company.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
