Chief Executive Officer Job Description
The ideal Chief Executive Officer will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.
Responsibilities
Create high-quality designs for our web development, mobile app development, and software development clients.
Understand product specifications and user psychology
Develop wire-frames and prototypes around customer needs
Find creative ways to solve problems (e.g. usability, find-ability)
Implement attractive designs
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
Keep abreast of industry trends
Qualifications
Firm understanding and knowledge of design.
Excellent English communication skills – written and oral.
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
Proficient in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Sketch, etc.)
3+ years’ experience in business related field
Strong leadership, decision making and communication skill
