Develop and deliver direct to customer campaigns ultimately to increase awareness, penetration, and offtake.
Summary of Duties:
Translate marketing strategies into consumer and trade activities
Designing, planning and seamless execution of end-to-end activation, events and programs
Assist in the building of a strong Activation team
Support Dano Distribution and Visibility in trade
Research and Market Intelligence
Manage relationship with trade partners
Assist in new product launches
Create innovative brands activation plan to promote our brands
Create and maintain a brands activation calendar for team
Draw out a route plan for the distribution and sampling drive
Map out the area and route plan
Create tracking systems for both materials tracking and target achievements
Create a tracking system/template for weekly monitoring of distribution performance and visibility throughout the period.
Manage and control the stocks of all visibility materials.
Manage and maintain logistics/materials for sampling activity.
Share the weekly updates on the progress of activities with MM and also a report with recommendations monthly.
Conduct detailed analysis of activations and make recommendations for improvement
Constantly monitor and work closely with sales teams to ensure 100% stock availability for the smooth running of a program at all time
Recommend number and assist in recruitment and training of Promoters for activations.
Manage promoters and ensure all team members achieve set targets monthly
Effectively communicate, sample (where required) new product introductions to trade and consumers
Build a deep understanding of shoppers and consumers’ shopper journey

*Gather in-market competitor intelligence and report monthly
Minimum of 3years experience as activation supervisor or its equivalent,(generally marketing or sales)
Good understanding of the distribution of cities, towns, and villages of at least, Greater Accra, Eastern, Volta, Western and Central Regions.
Bachelor’s Degree(Communications, Marketing, Business)
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
