Generate Sales Leads and Convert them into Contract awards and Purchase Orders
Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present Everpro Products, Services and Offerings.
Produce exceptional tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each client and produce the best possible on behalf of Everpro Co. Ltd.
Organize product training and roadshows for customers within an assigned territory periodically.
Build, manage, and strengthen relationship with key decision makers and innovation leaders in the industry
Lead the Sales team for an extensive, professional and persistent follow-ups for Contract Awards and Purchase Orders
Scouting of Opportunities, and tracking of prospective projects within the Oil and Gas, Mining, etc
Set clear short-term/ long-term goals to maximize performance of sales team
Develop and execute strategic Sales and Marketing plans and contribute to product development and OEM partnership roadmaps.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Prepare Weekly Report, Monthly Report, and Annual Report to General Manager
Must Strictly adher and carry out any other role or directive that is given him/her by General Manager
