Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
Typing, preparing and collating reports.
Filing of documents
organizing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Qualification Required & Experience
The Ideal Candidate must:
HND Holder from any recognized institution in Ghana and can speak Arabic
A minimum of 2 years experience
Location: Madina, Accra
