Administrative Operations Manager
Marketing Support Consultancy LTD is seeking to recruit a Administrative Operations Manager.
These include but not limited to:
Provide a strong and positive leadership to the Administration unit operations
Develop and/or review administration and IT policies and propose where applicable
Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office at all time.
Demonstrate high proficiency to meet budgets, productivity and timeline targets for all logistics, equipments and other office supplies demands
Negotiate related contracts, manage relevant vendor relationships
Qualification Required & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or other related qualification
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in office administration and management, including procurement process
Evidence of the practice of high level of confidentiality and excellent organization skills
Excellent analytical skills and good reasoning abilities and strong judgement.
